We use lean manufacturing and management system in our manufacturing plant which uses principles of TPS (Toyota Manufacturing System). The aim of the manufacturing team is to build quality in process other than quality control. In order to assure product quality, we are focusing on process quality first. To do that, we use jidoka, poka-yoke systems, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), kaizen, standard work, JIT and andon systems in company. Daily management systems are controlled by regular meetings (Asakai, weekly production quality meetings, monthly HR meeting, monthly plant cost meeting, monthly labor relations meeting, weekly production meetings).

Each processes quality level are measured, checked and reported regularly. In order to achieve high quality level, we aim to build a team that has ability to highlight problems, reach the rootcouse of problems and develop countermeasures. We believe that we can only achieve our vision if we develop our employees. Our future is up on level of our employees’ competencies.

Our production system has ISO 9001 and we follow the TPS and ISO standards in order to achieve products with zero defect and reach reliable-high quality production system.

We have also structured quality gates to prevent defective products to the next process and reaching our customers.This system includes;

  • Developing waste-reduction techniques to conserve resources and managing waste through recycling systems for parts that cannot be reduced,

Although we aim to build in quality in process, we guarantee your requirements by testing processes such as inspection, functional testing, AOI, SPI, ICT, X-Ray, burn in testing. Our extensive test program library offers capabilities for AC, DC parametric and functional evaluation and testing of a wide array of devices, ranging from diodes and transistors to more complex linear, LSI, VLSI, and FPGA technologies.

Our function testing and inspection before final package guarantees the promised technical product characteristics are met. In addition to required electrical fsafety tests, relevant function tests are necessary.

Via Materials Management System of Manufactronix, your materials are in secure. With our online ERP system, we offer automated shortage and bin-inventory reports, along with just-in-time inventory management for class A custom components. Furthermore, we facilitate seamless electronic data sharing through our inventory software system. To better cater to our customers diverse needs, we have the capacity to store materials in our secure facilities and assist customers in determining the most cost-effective option. For those who choose to store materials at our facilities, we allocate dedicated shelves for each projects materials. We ensure 100% verification of clients BOM, AVL, and kit quantity for all our customers, providing segregated bins for both Consignment and Turnkey project materials.
