a. Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data may be processed by Gemba Elektronik EMS Solutions as the data controller within the scope described below.

b. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data will be processed within the framework of our companys HR policies for the purpose of accepting job and internship applications, in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c. To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data Processed May Be Transferred

Personal data collected for this purpose is processed solely by our company and is not shared with any third party/institution except for any situation imposed by legal obligations.

d. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles (b) of this information text, which is consistent with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, as part of the job and internship applications you have made to our company through all kinds of oral, written, electronic means, or different channels.

e. Rights of the Data Subject under Law No. 6698

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data may be processed by Gemba Elektronik EMS Solutions as the data controller within the scope described below.

  • To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • Information about personal data processing if personal data is processed,
  • To know the purpose of personal data processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
  • To request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
  • To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, in accordance with Article 11/d and e of Law No. 6698,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Applications for the use of the rights mentioned above must include the necessary identification information and explanations regarding the relevant right as specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 and be sent to Gemba Elektronik EMS Solutions, Boğazköy Nevsehir Organize Sanayi, 3. sokak, No:2/1 NEVSEHİR, either personally with a signature, by registered mail, or through a notary or other methods specified in Law No. 6698.
